1. General Use

• Passport and visa arrangements are the client’s responsibility unless specified.

• We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by airlines, weather, or government regulations.

3. Software Technology Solutions

• Intellectual property rights for custom software developed under contract belong to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We offer post-deployment support as per the terms in the service agreement.

• Clients must not reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our proprietary tools or code without explicit consent.

4. Renewable Energy Projects

• Installation timelines and performance guarantees are provided in project-specific agreements.

• Warranty and maintenance terms depend on the product and package chosen.

• We are not liable for system downtime due to grid failure or natural disasters.

5. EV Charging Infrastructure

• Use of our charging stations must follow safety and operational guidelines displayed onsite or in the app.

• Charging session data may be collected for billing and optimization purposes.

• Misuse or tampering with equipment will lead to penalties and possible legal action.

6. Payments & Invoicing

• All payments must be made through approved channels listed on our official communication platforms.

• Late payments may attract interest or service suspension.

• Taxes and surcharges are applied as per applicable government regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, branding, and materials on our websites and applications are owned or licensed by Arsh Technosoft Pvt. Ltd.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Service interruptions beyond our control

• User-provided misinformation or negligence

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any service without notice if you breach these Terms or engage in illegal or harmful conduct.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Uttar Pradesh.

11. Changes to Terms
